I just thought it was athletically motivated based on the fact that Mitty hired Pioneer's OC. He's the same guy that implemented that no-huddle pass heavy attack and voila!, Arguably the best Class of 2017 QB in the section is now there.

Interesting comment that he spoke with Mitty's coach. Unless the coach is part of the school admin, that seems like a gray area as far as contact. Not saying it is against the section bylaws, but it could be construed that way.

Didnt say when he talked to Mitty coach, and from reading the article I got the impression the contact was prior to him being the Mitty coach.
