NCS Divisions Revised

Looks like some changes were made. Most notable is Antioch is back as Division 1. That is a really strange situation going on with Antioch. All the tranfers they have and now back and forth between divisions.

wonder when the official cut off date is for enrollment. Granda and Antioch are so close to that 2,000 mark.

Also interesting that 4 D3 teams petitioned up to D2.
