Last I saw he runs a twice a year coaching clinic - Max Miller's Clinic of Champions which provides instruction for college, high school and youth football coaches. http://www.clinicofchampions.com/
Yeah - I'm pretty sure Rio was his final coaching gig. I think Mad Max is done for good. Although, you never know with that cat. Football is in his blood ....
