Salinas down 21-0 Q1 58 seconds left after SHC gets two defensive scores. Penalties killed Cowboys first drive, but they are having tough time with Cats O-line and RB. Salinas is really sloppy.They need to play penalty free and defense needs to step up. Early but this has chance to snowball.
