I was among the skeptics as to how good Folsom could/would be after the exodus of talent from last years team. For those not paying a lot of attention, it could appear to be "business as usual" with this years success. Looking at 16-0 in '14 and 14-0 in '15 the natural assumption is that there was some carry over in talent. That's not really the case. The 2015 Bulldogs had some huge shoes to fill, along with high expectations. They've met the challenge head on, committed to the work and refused to be less.
Hats off to the players and coaches for their success to date. As someone mentioned earlier in the season, this season feels like Folsom is playing with "house money" as expectations for the group of newbies were generally slanted towards a "rebuilding" year.
