I know this board take shots at each other, but I know it's all in the spirit of competitiveness and passion for one's team. Riordan has taken shots for years re poor facilities, bad coaching, changing demographics, etc. Below is a great article that illustrates the challenges of a young man growing up in San Francisco and how his school/community has provided opportunities for his future.

I've been following this kid's football career since the 8th grade. His cousin, who played college football with me, is a good friend of mine and kept saying he's the real deal. The kid can flat out fly! I'm happy for Raymone, his family and the Riordan football program for great season they're having. Keep it up!

Raymone is one great kid. His mom and his brother did a great job shielding him and making him a responsible young man. Yet, he's done a great job giving his mom the energy to keep fighting.
