I mean't to post it elsewhere, but saw you here.

Folsom has week 4 open next year at home. Marin Catholic interested? Serious inquiry.

We've reached out through formal channels without a call back. Figured you'd have some sway.
Why would Folsom want to play a NCS D4 school?? Call Corona Centennial, Mission Viejo, Los Alamitos, take it to the next level.

That is funny Folsom wants no part of those programs, everybody knows this. As critical as I have been about Pitt at least they walk the walk.

When you think how hard it is to field teams in certain areas there days, it is impressive in many ways. The economics have hard hit schools, I mean hell Riordan for example is now co-ed thanks to financials. The people way out don’t realize they build schools cause if the masses coming their way.

On that note i have a good friend who played at Bal then was a tight end at Oklahoma State, and I am a SH grad. I really hope that they both play at Kezar, would make for a great time out.

Fair question. Who do they have weeks 1-3, but honestly for the best public school in 10 years per your words, really you want MC. Jared Goff graduated along time ago. And I think others brought a nice list of others you should call as well.

And please for the love of God, tell me you are not a real rep with such power at Folsom. If so, wow.

Again- tounge and cheek. Folsom would never ever play a game against a low level team like that. Huge downgrade in every way. The poster I directed to know this well.

Also brings me to MT next point- why are teams like that hiding in lower levels and beating up on tiny public schools for the majority of the year? I don't see teams like that Nutting up. Ever.

I had kind of soured on the whole NorCal/State bowl system. Kind of seemed like it was more how you were placed rather than how good you were (and that is still true to a point). But I will say I enjoyed this past weekend and it was really cool to see some of these schools have a moment like this. I know it doesn't fit in the above geography, but the Vanden run has been fun to follow

Tongue and cheek. Like when Folsom had their greatest QB ever Browning (TD record setter) and Folsom scheduled that football powerhouse ROSEVILLE!! I remember how they challenged themselves.

You know you're good when people are picking apart your schedule from 8 years ago! :)

On the map baby!

Also, small school {600} in Atherton playing in its 3rd state bowl game. Not bad for a school that had to change the name of their field at beginning of season due to Varsity Blues scandal lol

Safe to say Fairfield and Vanden HS is firmly Bay Area now, especially with so many SF/Oak transplants in the area (although Travis AFB is there). Napa/Vallejo/Benicia now in NCS, curious if Fairfield makes the move. Vacaville/Dixon feels more valley/Sac to me.
