Everyone has a different opinion, but for me, it's the David vs. Goliath ones:

1. Palo Alto vs. Centennial ()

Don't see how it gets better than Cardinal Newman vs. Oaks Christian (2006). The only State Bowl game to go to overtime. Oaks Christian was a 42 point favorite with Norte Dame commit Jimmy Clausen.

CN lost on an obvious pass interference call that even the OC coach said should have been called.

Plus the Cardinal Newman QB was playing with a broken fibula (which happened during the game). One of the gutsiest performances I ever saw in a high school game - he was running the ball with a broken leg.

I thought the Palo Alto v Centennial was a good one.

#1 CN vs Oaks for the reasons stated above
#2 DLS vs Cent (2008).... great defense lead by Burfict held the Spartans to 16 points.

My colon hurts after last nights mexican all you can eat.
Seriously, there have been some great ones. Newman vs Oaks was for the records. Also, what about Rocklin vs Servite?

HA! good catch, I've been practicing to perfect my use of the home-row and the 'e' is too close too the 'w'.

Good picks, guess I forgot about the CN game. I also really liked DLS vs. Crenshaw

CN game was great. I enjoyed watching Grant put themselves on the map with their win over LBP.

Folsom absolutely "boat racing" a very talented Serra team in 2010 was awesome too. We've had some really fun ones. That was the first time I started to realize how good some of our teams were at a state and even national level. (with exception of DLS)

I think it could be said Newman lost when Netter false started on 4th and 1 at the 8 when Newman was driving for the go ahead score with under a minute left. That pushed them back and then had to settle for a game tying FG from Torrano.

Burfict should have been thrown out of the 2008 game vs DLS for very blatant foul. Gutless refs.

I can't say that was the best Bowl ever... the game was, I guess for almost everyone, a shocking upset. But what was very unusual - the journey PA took marching through CCS playoff with repeated underdog upsets. It was true Cinderella season for the Palo Alto team that year.

I, personally, have to agree that the Cardinal Newman / Oaks Christian was the best Bowl game ever. And the most dominating game was the 2010 DLS Servite game followed closely by the Folsom Oceanside game. the F/OS game may have been more dominating score wise but it was perhaps more inline with expectations than the DLS/S game.

I have to say the SM vs Cathedral Catholic. No on pick SM to be close in the game with Harper out the week prior due to an injury in the section game. Tyler Gaffney was the Stanford recruite that was doing damage in the San Diego area.
