Burger King State Champions Bowl Series

Has anyone heard anything about this? Burger King sponsored this last year and it was pretty cool. It paired a couple of State Champions in a post season game, among the pairings was #1 Booker T. Washington (Miami, FL.) and Bingham (South Jordan, UT.)

However, I've heard nothing about it this year. I was hoping to get a California School out there this year. Any word?

Burger King pulled their sponsorship, as of now I believe the series is in limbo.

To my knowledge Georgia is the only new state that voted to allow their teams to play, so no California teams.
