Burlingame beats Priory

Neither is the 6-1 soph center Elana Weisman. She had 26 vs. Priory. Urich added 20. So 46 between them as they outscored Priory by themselves.
That could be a fun combo to watch. Will be interesting to see how they fair against cappuchino, a league opponent, tonight.

Looks like cappuchino has dropped off a bit from last year so far in the early goings of the season. Burlingame will likely be favored. But familiar opponents can always be tough

Cap's outstanding 6-2 center Afeaki injured a knee and has been out of action. Unclear when she can return.

If Afeaki can't play and if Megan Grant (a world-class softball stud) does not play hoops for Aragon, the PAL South will be missing two rugged inside kids, leaving the door open for some new faces.

It's been awhile since Burlingame displayed this sort of girls' hoops talent. They appear to be a real CCS public school deal at this juncture.

They're in the Jamboree, and should get more chances to prove themselves there.

It changes minute to minute -- but right now, in the top Premier, at Heritage.
