CHS Womens soccer has quite a run this season. They first knocked off reigning NCS D2 champs Las Lomas 3-1. Then defeated consistent NCS competitor Berkeley by a stunning 6-0. As if those games were not a great enough competition the grizzlies pulled through and defeating the reigning NCS D1 champs and league rival SRV 2-1. The team is really young and starting alot of underclassmen. Seems to me Cal will be a force to reckon with for years to come under first year coach Vidrio. This man put together a team to compete year in and year out. It will be interesting to see how Cal will perform in coming weeks in league. But I take Cal as my pick to win NCS!
