California gets come from behind win against San Ramon Valley

On Monday, California (17-3) scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to beat San Ramon Valley (13-5) 9-8 in a matchup of Top 5 teams.

The Grizzlies were paced offensively by Raoul Fabian, who went 4-for-4 with three runs scored. Aidan Camberg had three RBI and Zach Robman had a home run.

Vince Piazza gave up one run in 2.1 innings to pick up the win for Cal.

Casey Cummings led the Wolves with a 4-for-4 showing with two doubles. Jeffrey Cambra also had two doubles and Jaron Nevarez went 3-for-5 with two RBI.

These two squads will play on Wednesday at San Ramon Valley and on Friday back at Cal High.
