Looks like they have their work cut out for them. 8 out of 10 teams were playoff teams last year. Big step up from the GEL.

Yes. All new playoff format since last season.

Only league champ (including co-champ) get auto bid. The process is very different with a population criteria to set teams into 'divisions' - then top rated teams (Calpreps) make it from each division.

I think Cosumnes Oaks can take a step back record wise moving to the Delta and not having the same standout talent.

Milgrim has been there since 2014 when he took over for Ryan Gomes.
