CCB Legends win Palomino World Series

The CCB Legends win the 2017 Palomino World Series in Santa Clara, California. The Legends defeated the CAB Soldiers 8-5 in the championship game. Dominic Tognotti (St Ignatius HS) and St Marys College commit got the win holding the Soldiers to 1-hit and 1-run over four innings. Noa Pagan (Leigh HS) and De Anza College commit got the save going to final three innings and getting though a tough 6th inning where he allowed 4-runs on 2-hits. Emilio Nogales (St Francis HS) and Fresno State commit was awarded the Most Offensive Player going 12-14 getting on base and 4-6 with a Grand Slam in the semi-final game and a clutch 2 RBI base hit in the 7th inning of the championship game.
