Central Catholic at Serra

Please check YouTube for "Serra vs. Central Catholic." The game should be available on that service.

I believe it will be a closer game than people think. Serra has some players out from injury and Illness and possibly a little flat after the big win last week. Padres pull out the victory 21 to 13

Looks like it’s not on NFHS Network. Not sure I want to trust any of these other livestream services, especially if it asks for a credit card for a free account setup.
Definitely be wary. Last year during playoffs, I signed up for a supposedly free service but they still asked for credit card for security (?!?!?). But I still was enrolled into entertainment sites (non sports) of which I had no interest and was billed the first month. Spent a lot of time on the phone and eventually got service canceled and charges reversed.
Now I just wait for the updates posted by NorCalPrep Dogs. Thank You Very Mucho

Anyone at this game that will be able to provide updates?

I will actually be in the area (San Mateo) for my grand niece’s 1st birthday party. Maybe I can sneak out of it and catch the last quarter (if it’s interesting) LOL.

My guess it will be over by the time I arrive (around 3pm) with Serra up big and a running clock. Already an hour late for my grand niece’s party. Maybe 30 min more late won’t matter. 😂

Prompt updates. Did Serra switch some jersey numbers? Don't think Joudieh is throwing TD passes and Atkins kicking PATs.

Yes it’s on channel STFU in the inland empire, which last I checked was 69 on Comcast. In Sacramento it’s not on TV cause due to hot weather they are lucky to have power to charge the electrical vehicles. Oh sorry that’s a typo, the S is K, so channel KTFU
Dude… I almost spit out my Beer!!!… That was hysterical!!!… 🤣🤣🤣

so no TV coverage huh.
Here is your take on the game so you don’t have to worry about it…..

Serra need to fire their OC and start Van Pools to Antioch, Pittsburg and Sacramento to get the best players so they can be like So Cal….

Because Up Here, I Mean Down here in So Cal We are The Best!!!….

Does that sound accurate?…. 🤣🤣

I mean if the silicon valley companies can send busses to pick up their employees, I don't see why it's so hard for Coach Walsh to send vans/busses to pick up their athletes. Maybe the OC can carpool with the kids to practice in the morning.

I am not going to watch the replay but I will come back later in November to review my thoughts on the staff.

My son just watched Cobra Kai on Netflix. Does anyone know if they bus the kids from all over the valley to the Dojo. Kind of reminds me of the elite of martial arts. Speaking of arts what ever happened to Manual Arts. Used to be pretty good in sports at one time

Good assessment! Game indeed turned out to be closer than many of us thought. St. Mary’s was quite a bit flat playing St. Ignatius after their big 47-7 win vs Central Catholic. St. Mary’s was without their starting RB, #2 Asante Carter, too, in their game vs SI but fellow junior #22 Maghoney and sophomore #13 Hampton filled in fine with combined 23 carries for 146 yards. SM has lots of depth. Seems like Serra does, too. Good luck the rest of the season!
