Another competitive DFAL season is ready to begin. Dublin and DV have surprised thus far going 4-0 using a grueling and controlling run game behind some big boys. Miramonte has done as expected and could win it all this year with Campo vulnerable. Alhambra should be a player but it sounds like until until they get a new good coach things will be subpar. Las Lomas and Acalanes are clearly rebuilding and could find themselves in the cellar. All eyes will be on DV and Dublin in game 1 to see if they are for real in 2015.

And with Dublin and DV both moving over to the now 10 team EBAL next season, this year might be the last one for some time for either to challenge for a league title. A lot on the line for the first league tilt.

Dublin has played nobody so no they have not surprised beating american, arroyo, and newark
Memorial will not cut it in the dfal. please lets stop with the thought of them even having a chance at a league Title .They won 1 league game i believe last year let's see if they can win 3 that would be an improvement and more realistic.

Outside of Campo and LL the DFAL collectively had a pretty weak preseason schedule. Unimpressed with the DFAL because in my opinion is a very strong league. But, there not that strong if they just whoop on measley opponents

While I agree that they don't have a very good chance of winning league this year, my point was that after this season they won't even have a chance to crack the top 3 of the 10 team EBAL for the foreseeable future. So, this is really their last best chance, as slim as it is.

Can agree with both, would love to see Dublin and DV shake up the standings of the DFAL before they leave next year
