That’s what he ended up doing the next season but why he left is a great question. Seems like one that should have been asked. If I remember correctly that had losing season didnt make NCS and he was gone before Veterans Day!! ??

And his son graduated the same year right? His son was a fine ILB at Cal

Since Bruce Arians is no longer HC at Tampa maybe he lost his job?

No he left there and went to Illinois with Lovie Smith, then left mid season. I think been out of coaching couple of years. Like I said —head scratcher
