Do these sessions meet all of Alameda County's and the state's virus-prevention guidelines/rules? If not, how are they allowed? Is there some sort of waiver involved?

5 on 5 with the virus. Makes sense. Until everyone wears a mask and takes it serious there will not be any high school sports for some time. A money grab like this is not needed at this time.

That's good news, if accurate. Alameda County has shut down gyms, indoor recreation programs and indoor school activities, not to mention a host of other indoor options, to combat a pandemic that threatens to wipe out youth sports for an extended period of time. Apparently, this particular athletic business does not fall into those categories. Good to know.

It might be worth asking if the program's first two sessions were actually conducted as advertised this week.

So many programs are violating the covid protocols. Are you to tell me the that several of the east bay aau team workouts getting posted on social media are being conducted with correct protocols in place. Not a chance. And the runs over in Napa at Napa Christian don't seem to be.
Bummer too cause you have a lot of kids sitting on the sidelines not participating in the hopes to save some of the season for late fall and winter ball but when you got programs and kids violating for some video clips this isn't help stop the spread.

Use your head people

Heard from a few people that have gone down to Arizona to participate in showcase camps this month and last, kids and family members are coming back with the "Rona". Is it really worth it ?

And just today 8 athletes at Cal participating in voluntary workouts tested positive for the "Rona"...as per reports in the Sf Gate. At this pace you can all but count on fall and winter sports being delayed and maybe even cancelled
