It isn't basketball, but Burlingame beats Mitty 2-0 CCS Boys Open Soccer

Undefeated #3 seed Mitty ran into a #6 seed Burlingame buzzsaw today named Evan Glatt. The senior goalie was spectacular including turning away a Penalty Kick just after Gabe Hyman put Burlingame up 2-0 in the 49th minute.

The game was scoreless at the half, but Gunnar Hansen put Burlingame ahead in the 47th minute.

Burlingame will play #2 seed Alisal Tues in the Open Semifinal and has qualified for the 1st Northern California championships.

Burlingame beats #2 seed Alisal 2-0. Will play #6 St Ignatius who beat #1 seed Los Gatos 2-0. Game Friday night at Buck Shaw stadium, Santa Clara University at 730.
