And in Other news in the North Bay....(catching a lot of these on live stream since Sonoma County is still not allowing spectators due to Covid - only county in Bay area doing this - feel for the kids, it must suck)

Branson stays atop MCAL with a low scoring win vs. AWHS 34-33 and then cruises past Terra Linda this Tuesday by 14. Big rematch this Saturday between Archie Williams (AWHS) and Branson @ 6pm in San Anselmo!

AWHS avenges their Monday loss to Branson with a win against Tam on Tuesday by 15pts. Senior Will Heimbrodt continues to be the driving force with the Peregrine Falcons. With consistent contributions from seniors Wuthrow and Preston. Unfortunately, AWHS doesn't post stats, so wasn't able to pull those down.

Sonoma Valley stays hot with their 7th win in last 8 games. Thursday win vs. league opponent Casa Grande, Saturday win vs. Concord and a trouncing of Napa 69-36 on Tuesday 1/25. they had a 28pt lead at half. Senior Dom Girish continues to be consistently hot, dbl-dbl (20/10) vs. Casa , 29pts vs Concord, and 14pts in 2 qtrs against Napa...starters sat out the bulk of the 3rd and 4th quarter as they had a 28pt lead at half. 5-1 in league play just behind AC

American Canyon won its non-conference game vs. San Lorenzo on Monday 1/24 moving them to 13-5 and then took an upset loss to league rival Justin Siena on Tuesday 1/25, 65-58, giving Justin their first league win. Mikey Pierce continues to be the main guy for AC with Parimgiani and Curry adding a guard punch. 6-1 in league play

No comments on the Campo-Northgate game, or do we just let Kiddman’s comprehensive reporting speak for itself?
I try to hit on top games that haven’t been talked about for the most part unless something big happens in it. And I’m smart enough to know that I can’t say any more in Campo that Kiddman hasn’t already covered :)

Montgomery and CN game is considered a top game? There are a bunch of other north bay teams that are more deserving of that designation and playing to that level too.

And yes Campo already has their built in reporter with Mr.Kiddman 😁
