After further review I believe Placer can go into Bear River and win. We shall see.

PG, as everyone knows I don't play pick em I get a kick from all of you who do and the great insight I read about other teams and sections I'm not familiar with.About 2 yrs maybe 3 I got a feeling on a game that was a pick em Sutter vs Enterprise,many on here picked Enterprise in that game I predicted Sutter would win......they did 34-31 in OT I believe.I got that feeling again about this game only diff is that it happens to be my local team....Placer.Now I know all about Placer and once again I got a real good feel here much more so than 2 yrs back.BR has yet to play a team like Placer with it's +28 rating.In BR's credit they beat Sutter this yr but hardly the Sutter that was 13-0 last yr before losing to Campolindo in the Regional game.....far from it.I attended the BR Colfax game last week,BR is good BUT this Placer team is a whole different animal than what they've seen so far.Placer also goes into BR with a chip on their shoulder you see Cal preps had BR being league champs this campaign over a Placer that has won that last 3 PVL Titles...yet now Cal preps favors and Cal hi has Placer winning as well as being ranked higher.I more than like Placers chances this Friday nite,this is a very good Placer team that put up almost 500 yds rushing and won big last week with 5 starters out (but will ALL be suited up Friday)against a Foothill team that the previous week BR won 20-7 and was 14-7 late 4th qtr.I'm a SJS guy and know the PVL fairly well,I know Placer very well.But hey strange things could happen BR could trounce Placer.....BUT I seriously doubt it this Friday.....Placer 38 BR 14.

Muds...you must have read John Devine Monterey Herald post that Palma QB has cast on non-throwing hand, top RB is out and DB is out. Still think Palma will win but not a given. This is a rivalry game and Palma will have to make sure they start fast and keep penalties down.Palma will clearly be down after next year(next year should be good), but frosh and sophs classes are very down.
