Josh Jackson is #1... no surprise there...

Jordan Ford is #139...

And no other players with Norcal ties...

So that means no Oscar Frayer, Solomon Young, Ben Kone, Carlos Johnson, etc.

Rankings aren't the be-all end-all of course, just interesting to see how few Norcal guys are in there, considering a few of them were at one point...

Oscar, Solomon and Christian Terrell were in the 150 to start the rankings cycle, but have been moved out.

I'm surprised Ben didn't make an appearance in there. I think he will do very well at Oregon State.

Forgot about Vance Jackson transferring to Prolific... I agree on Kone, feel like Oscar and Solomon are among the 150 best players in the country too but I guess they can use it as motivation, for what its worth..

Internet Guys; I wonder what Steph Curry was ranked in his senior year in high school by rivals?

Just curious.

Rankings mean nothing!! Scottie Pippen was not ranked, cut, and had to be the ball boy on his Div3 team before he reached his potential.

I think everyone agrees that rankings aren't the final say on a player. They are just part of the discussion.

Rankings don't mean squat. But I will say some of these kids peaked early and most of them physically did. Young did. He was a full grown man in 9th grade. Most of the guys who end up not on the radar are physically smaller at a younger age. Curry was 140lbs in HS. Pippen grew late. Look at the Bary brothers from DLS. But lets face it if you have desire and will then you can succeed. Some kids do and some don't.

i believe ryan anderson was either unranked or at the bottom, take a look at the 2006 rankings and look at the guys above him, not many of them even made it to the NBA.
