Watching Keala Keanaaina vs Jerry Mixon is absolute gold! Lancer second drive has had numerous runs by Keanaaina being met by Mixon. Mixon and Irish able to keep #3 from reaching endzone and hold them to a 29 yard FG. End of 1, SH 7, SF 3

Irish 4th down punt snap went over head of punter and Lancers worked with a short field. Dougherty lobs a 19 yard TD pass to Andrew Adkison in the right corner of end zone. SF 10, SH 7

Lancers raced down field to about the SH 20 next possession. Lancer linemen hit with unsportmanlike penalty for continuing to play while helmet knocked off moved them back to the 35. Dougherty lobs another one into deep middle endzone and #13 Derek Gile somehow came down with it. SF 17, SH 14.... Love this shootout!!!

Irish 3 and out next possession but a muffled punt return by Lancers gives Irish ball deep in Lancer territory with under 3 to go in 2nd.

Lancers cant get anything going on the ground with Keanaaina, so they are airing it out and cooking Kendrick Sanders down the right side. Irish right there with Lancers which you cant say happens very often.

Huge 3rd and very long conversion for Lancers. They are a 1st down away from wrapping this up. Not even sure why Irish didnt play deep zone vs the tight man on that 3rd down play.

oh my gosh, Aidan McGrath played pretty much an error free game, holds on to the ball instead of throwing it away. takes a really bad sack. 3rd and very long.

i mean it wasnt one-sided. SF was flagged 11 times and SH 13. You think there was some bias because the first penalty was an unsportsmanlike on Miller on his TD. Was limited to just the SF stream, it didnt look like anything other than the normal celebration Miller does.

Aside from the loss, pretty happy with the effort and going toe to toe with an opponent that normally dominates us because of the sheer size of their linemen. SH held their own.

The annual BAOSN broadcast/stream is usually really sharp along with decent/competent commentary from George Devine. Cant go wrong there.

Should be a good game with lots of points. SI can't run. They might have an inexperienced sophomore QB going for them. SH can run but will need to find a balance on offense and to not heavily rely on hitting the home run every time which has been the reason of some of their offensive droughts this season.

My prediction is SH 41, SI 21. Either Mixon or Miller will have a defensive TD.
