Ok, guys If I have this right, I have 23 Division 1 teams making it to playoffs. For Division 2, I only have 13 teams qualifying for D2. Here's my question how do they figure out who has play in games and who gets moved down to D2 level to fill in #14,#15,#16 of D2. I don't know how to figure this out. please Help guys...

I know this is late but if it's due to enrollment, for example My school will c wood in Vacaville plays in D1 in the MEL and so if we won league we stay D1 but if we come in 2nd or 3rd we go down to D2 because of our enrollment .
