Campo is 3-0 after taking home the hardware up at Montgomery…. Cornerstone is 6-1. First time I’ve ever seen these guys in person.

Okay, now I settle down to the “occasional update” mode…

Next up, Heritage of Brentwood, a few blocks away…. They are 0-2 but played undefeated Northgate pretty close, losing by 7.

Lincoln of SF is 2-2, losing both game they play against solid competition…. Heritage should get this one.

Took a break to check out the JV tourney going on in the old gym…. Stuck around for a while.

Anyway, right now it’s 29-25 here in the Varsity tourney, Heritage leading a scrappy Lincoln-SF. Now 29-27, 2:31 left 3rd.

Halftime…. Lincoln has taken a 35-33 lead.

21 seconds now, Heritage calls time out, the possession was going badly. They’ll get it, 19 on the shot clock…. 2 seconds between clocks.

Lincoln foul, not in bonus…. but new shot clock. Nice pass for a layup.. Heritage takes the lead but Lincoln scores right back! Annddd…. that’s the final score, after a Heritage desperation heave doesn’t get off in time.

Lincoln will face Campo tomorrow, Heritage gets Cornerstone Christian in a consolation game.
