Heritage stays perfect after win over Vacaville

Heritage scored eight runs in the top of the first inning and got out to a 10-0 lead in a 14-5 win over Vacaville.

Heritage senior Keith Jones went 3-for-3 with three RBI and Casey Turturici had a home run and five RBI. Ryan Jackson started for the Patriots and gave up two runs over three innings.

For Vacaville, Brian McClellin had a double and Bradley Taylor had two RBI. The Bulldogs' pitchers (five total) issued eight walks in the loss.

This could end up being one of the last games until school start to open back up.

Heritage is 4-0 has scored 50 total runs.

Vacaville is 2-2-1. The Bulldogs have played in two extra inning games this year.
