It’s adults deciding what’s best for kids they don’t know and in most cases will never meet. It’s ridiculous, these kids only have 4 years to play why penalize them if they chose to transfer regardless of reason.

Good article. What's shocking is that you have adults on here making a big fuss about kids transfering schools. And even worse, you have paid educators and CIF leaders trying to prevent kids from transferring schools.

The bands and performing arts programs also don't have restrictions on how much they can practice

It is a public education system not a sporting system hence student/athlete....let all sports go club so us tax payers arent paying for all the nonsense.
