Colfax seniors and 4 year starters Kaia Diederichs and Juliette James ended their varsity careers with 121 wins. That’s averaging just over 30 wins per season! Colfax schedules a competitive preseason and plays up two divisions in their section and the state tournament. Not bad for a public school of 620 kids. Congratulations ladies.

121 wins is very impressive.

But let's not get carried away on the "playing up" claim lol...youre a D3 team (#48 in state) playing D2 Norcals..alot of teams doing that.

If you were in the NCS you'd have been in D1 in our section.

But congrats on 121!

Very impressive!

The SJS commissioner is the sharpest commish in Norcals. He continues to put his teams in good spots in the Norcal so that they have the best chance at success!

Just looking at Folsom who was a no doubt OPEN team all season. Loses to CKM in SJS D1 finals and ends up as the 1 seed in D1.

Your commish is a stud and deserves props for looking out for his squads!

I think you missed my point completely.

The SJS primarily defines divisions by enrollment. So until this season Colfax has been defined by the SJS as a D4 team. They were moved up to D3 for section playoffs this season because of their “past success”.

My point was Colfax ventures out and plays much larger, more successful programs to have better, more challenging competition. If they were just staying in their area playing public schools with similar enrollment, averaging 30+ wins per season would not be as impressive.

That’s it
