Before the indoor restrictions, I heard that basketball teams were competing in tournaments. Recently I heard Lax teams competing at tournaments.
How many football teams are competing in seven on seven currently? Are there any leagues

The only guideline is freedom....so you are correct, some try to constantly change it.
