Prolific Prep is happy to welcome Andy Dolich as its Chief Business Officer (CBO). Our program is excited about the future and to have someone with Andy's background and experience for consulting and to help Prolific Prep to the next level, helping raise much-needed funding to support our student-athletes.

Andy Dolich has over five decades in the professional sports industry, including executive positions in the National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL) and Major League Baseball (MLB). He is currently COO of the FCFL (Fan Controlled Football League)

As COO of the San Francisco 49ers from 2007-2010, Dolich was responsible for generating over $200 million in revenue per season through ticket sales, marketing, public relations, corporate partnerships, community relations, advertising, and broadcast.

Served as President of Business Operations for the Memphis Grizzlies-2000-2007 (NBA), where he led the day-to-day functioning of the team’s business and marketing programs and the operation of the team’s home arena, FedExForum.

Responsible for the team’s day-to-day business operations as President/Chief Operating Officer of the Golden State Warriors (NBA), where he transitioned the Warriors’ management team to new ownership.

As Executive Vice President, Andy was the driving force behind the marketing resurgence of the Oakland Athletics (MLB) in the 1980s and early 1990s. Changed the face of sports team advertising through the award-winning “BillyBall” campaign and increased A’s season tickets from 326 to 16,000 and attendance from 800,000 to 2.9 million. Won three American League Championships. Created the marketing platform for the 1989 Bay Bridge Earthquake World Series in which the A’s swept the San Francisco Giants.

Held executive-level positions with the Maryland Arrows of Box Lacrosse (NLL), Washington Diplomats (North American Soccer League) and the Washington Capitals (NHL). He began his career with the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA).

Received his undergraduate degree in Government from American University in Washington, DC, Masters in Sport Management from Ohio University. He serves on a number of sports industry and community-invested boards and organizations. Teaches sports business at Stanford’s School of Continuing Studies. Columnist for the Ultimate Sports Guide, co-host of the podcast “Life in the Front Office” and co-author of “20 Secrets to Success for NCAA Student-Athletes Who Won’t Go Pro.”
