Antioch Running Back Harris gets offer

Michigan offered Nahjee Harris, 2017 running back from Antioch.

He's a stud. Going to have his pick of schools. Michigan has hit the ground running in NorCal with Harbaugh.

If Nahjee Harris can get the blocking he needs, he will be a holy terror...Last season Harris could have racked up huge numbers, but as it was he made a lot of the yards on his own...Like Streak One said...Harris is a stud...

Hard to predict these things,but could we be looking at a future 5 star prospect a la Joe Mixon with this Harris kid? By the time he is a senior,that is.

If Harris can get some height, as the kid is pretty solid width wise, it may take a two by four to bring him down, i'm sure he will pick up a few extra steps and when he gets in the open, he can fly...He will be a kid to watch in 2015...

He's fairly tall right now. Tall is not necessarily a good thing when it comes to running back

NCSF.....I think he about 5-10, if he can reach 6-1 which is asking a lot, i'm thinking in terms of Joe Mixon who was 6-1 with those long legs he could take off like a shot...but so can Harris, in any case we will have wait and see...But there is a difference in Harris verse Mixon, Harris did not fumble as much and Mixon fumbled against Pittsburg on about the 2 yard line when it looked like Freedom had the game in the bag in the playoff's.

BlueDog - Harris is listed at 6 foot two which means he is probably a little bit over 6 feet tall. That's actually a great height call for running backs and looking at his vids, he is a long strider already. Mixon is listed at 6 foot two and I think they are pretty similar except Harris is much more physical in my opinion.

Agree that Harris is more physical but imo mixon is more athletic and elusive. Right now Harris is the age of a high school senior it should be interesting to continue watching his development.

That would make him ineligible down the line and sounds like a little embellishment. It's not my business and I don't know so I will leave it.

NCSF....Harris didn't look that tall and the kid is only a sop...I think Bubba 3000 is right, Mixon was more shifty while Harris has the ability to trample people....When he breaks out, its a cloud of dust, so we will see what happens down the road.
