Bay area college players vs. Pac12/wcc/wac

If we were to put together a team of the best players from the bay area currently on a d1 roster who would be on that team, who would start and would that team win either the pac12, wcc or wac.

Also, how would a team of bay area college players fair against a team of Sacramento area college players?

After spending 20 minutes on it I came up with the following lineup for 2020/2021

G) Souley Boum (USF/Oakland Tech)
G/F) Riley Grigsby (Seattle/Mitty)
F/C) Marcus Bagley (ASU/Sheldon)
F/C) Jordan Brown (Arizona/Prolific Prep/Woodcreek)

Sacramento starting five would [I am probably missing a player or two]

I do not believe the local talent in either the bay or sac would win the WCC, Pac12 or a WAC. A combined sac and bay team would probably win the WAC.
