It seems like with the new staff Berean has turned it around. Amazing what a good staff can do for a program.

why would anyone go from hayward to walnut creek anyway? passed up several private schools.Haha that’s really funny.
A team full of new kids who’s tuitions are being paid by one shady AAU parent…
A schedule of struggling small schools from outside the Bay Area has earned them 20 wins and a 1 . 6 strength of schedule.
Last year’s best player quit because of the coach and the 35 mile drive to school. She’s now averaging 19.2 ppg at Mt. Eden. Good for her.
Three upperclassmen have quit the team at some point this season. More underclassmen to leave during the summer.
Berean is no competition for Mt. Diablo, the league champ, and NCS D5 #1 seed. They’ll be a quick out in NCS.
Better wait to call this one a turnaround.
Coach Case that's quite the accusation you are making against Mr. Crowder. Do you have proof this is happening? It's pathetic you are rooting against kids from your former school. You seem bitter and full of hate. It's no wonder you no longer coach.Haha that’s really funny.

why you refuse? To me, this is pretty funny, a pissing match over my alma mater's team, one that I now refuse to go see play, boys or girls. Damn biblethumpers...

Your record was horrible. You were replaced by a far superior Coach and staff. Deal with it buddy. Enjoy the Berean run from the sidelines.
I’m glad my man Kiddman32 is entertained haha.To me, this is pretty funny, a pissing match over my alma mater's team, one that I now refuse to go see play, boys or girls. Damn biblethumpers...
Good God Almighty. That's a haymaker. A legendary one at that. Receipts were kept.Coach Guy,
I inherited program with little history of success, no JV or Freshman teams, one returning starter, and four bench players who played sparingly. The returners combined for a total of 227 points the prior season, only 9 ppg. In the span of six months I built relationships and a program of 22 players. Most of the girls had never played organized basketball. And I’m proud of my girls for giving their best effort in a 4-20 season. It’s on NFHS network for anyone to see. Most of all I am thankful to still be in many of their lives. I left the program in better shape than I inherited it.
You asked how I can root against kids from my former school. I’ve been to four of your games cheering on my former players the last two years. You’ve seen me. But now, not a single one of the 22 players I coached is playing for you. I don’t like how you treat the girls of Berean Christian. I’ve never had a player quit on any of my teams. But I know of at least six players who’ve quit your teams, including your best player last season. I’m already hearing that some may not be returning next season. Are you even going to have enough players for next season?
And why is it that you have coached for 7 schools over the last 10 years?
Now here’s the story of how you got hired. Half way through my only season, the father of a 7th grader (whom you conveniently named) showed up one afternoon during my practice to have a private meeting with our athletic director. Highly frowned upon by the CIF and NCS for perspective student athlete’s parents to be meeting with athletic directors a year and a half prior enrolling as freshman. Said parent also happens to fund his own AAU team, one in which you were hired to coach. Bay Area Blackhawks for those wondering.
Coincidently the AD fired me, you were hired, and your AAU team came along with you. Surprising, because many lived 30+ miles from campus, I guess the commute is worth having tuition paid for.
Congrats to your talented underclassmen on many wins. They deserve a better coach.
You loaded a schedule full of weak teams and promised a state championship. You earned all 20 wins. And you’ll earn the loss to University in the 2nd round this Friday night.
One and done Coach.
Start planning your vacation.
cat fight...lolGood God Almighty. That's a haymaker. A legendary one at that. Receipts were kept.
I loved Berean when I was there, but... the biblethumping is ridiculous. I even have a niece and nephew that go there now (fortunately not hoopers)... STILL won't go.why you refuse?
wow its tough when people know the ins and outs LOLCoach Guy,

Thanks for the kind words. We had a lot of work to do. Every player that played on the 4-22 team did not stay. We were blessed to have some good freshman. We knew we would have 6-7 players every game this year so we decided to make an easier schedule for their freshman year. We made the right call. We will have a much more difficult schedule next year as they will be sophomores. With God’s Grace we can keep getting better. It seems like with the new staff Berean has turned it around. Amazing what a good staff can do for a program.
Thanks and I completely agree. We are happy for where we are with starting 4 freshman. Thanks 🙏.he did a good job of scheduling. SoS ins't great but good for year one!
I’m sorry Mr Case for coming after you and making you so angry. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you heel.Haha that’s really funny.

Hello Mr. KIddman. This is Coach Guy. I’m extremely sorry that someone is impersonating me. We already know who it is. I’ve reported their account. Hoped the moderator will fix this. I again apologize for someone posting those incentive messages.I loved Berean when I was there, but... the biblethumping is ridiculous. I even have a niece and nephew that go there now (fortunately not hoopers)... STILL won't go.
I don't like it at the Catholic schools I see games at either, but at least they soft-pedal it a little, for the most part.
Not so at places like Berean... It's as hard-sell there as suede-shoe car dealers. Turns my stomach.
I should have known back then how silly it was when they skipped the chapter on evolution/Darwinism in the science books and had us open our packs of lies, errrrr.... Bibles.
He never said he was you. He was defending you. His comment referred to you, but never said it was you.Hello everyone. This is Coach Guy. I don’t know who created an account that has my name but I don’t respond to these threads. I just got sent this thread and it is NOT me. I wish everyone the best and I do NOT have any posting muscles. I always speak to men face to face. God Bless and good luck. I can send anyone my phone number if they need to verify that I’m Coach Guy

Your compliment was greatly appreciated. Girls basketball is filled with angry men. It’s nice to get a genuine compliment. I will share it with my coaching staff. Thanks again. So much for making a compliment.
who wonWell Damn. This battle wasn't even close. This was like Drake vs Meek Mill. 🥶
