Big pay days for former NorCal standouts

Austin Hooper (De La Salle) signed a four year, $44 million contract with the Cleveland Browns.

Arik Armstead (Pleasant Grove) re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers for 5 years and $85 million.

Add in the big contracts Shaq Thompson (Grant) and Jared Goff (Marin Catholic) got last year, it has been a big year for NorCal alumni.

His younger brother was a baseball standout, LH pitcher went to UCLA. Neither was a hooper, but the younger sister did play hoops at Carondelet & Cal High.
