Brookside gets another game

ouch....
by 3pm on Friday he's going to be wishing he hadn't scheduled that game........
on the other hand I'm glad BC got another game scheduled....would have sucked for BC to only have 1 game
the entire month prior to sections....hopefully they find a few more.

Our boys do have a couple more games but they are in the league that the girls are no longer in. We went independent because (no disrespect intended), because we would win those games by 60, 70, 80 points....and that is not really fun for anyone....in fact it angered many people. However, our girls were not running up the score by fastbreaking or pressing late in the game, the games were just one sided. This Saturday will be our last game. So there is not an opportunity to play the girls teams in that league.
Our boys do have a couple more games but they are in the league that the girls are no longer in. Might want to reconsider that "independent league team" thing for next year. The only thing worse than playing a bunch of games that you win by 40 to 60 points is not playing any games at all. SJS should put Brookside in the same league as SMS, then we could see that match up twice a year.
