Cal and UCLA will play Sunday at 9 a.m., per ESPN. Both had regularly scheduled Pac-12 games called off due to virus.

Twitter has some encouraging photos of the Cal football buses heading off campus, bound for Los Angeles. Somehow, that's a comfort. I will sleep just a bit better, win, lose or draw on Sunday..
Oh, and don't forget, unbeaten San Jose State will face UNLV at 7:30 p.m. tonight on Fox Sports 2.
San Jose State being 4-0 after beiating UNLV is really nothing to shake a finger at as three of the four teams are winless so far. The only tram with a win they have beaten is SDSU (SDSU accounts for all wins of SJSU opponents this season) While I am hopeful for a great season, I just do not wish to see a second half meltdown by the Spartans when they start facing the teams at the top of the Conference
I find it hard to see the negative of San Jose State’s start. The student paper went negative too.
Sure they haven’t played the top teams yet but these are still MWC teams and SJSU has handled them, which is something that wouldn’t have happened even last year.

I know it was first game of the year on 36 hour notice, but they got abused in every aspect
kind of wild that any team would play on such short notice after preparing all week for a different opponent.
I feel like Cal is going to try and stress the ball control game and is not ever going to be able to play the catch up game. Just when I thought the Fullback position was going away! It was the first game for New OC and Garbers, so looking for a big Game 1 to Game 2 improvement.
