Could be in some circumstances - but I know some of the key leaders of CC, this couldn't be money from the school - they are barely solvent. This had more to do with an easy comparison between other schools involved in these incidences to see how CC's ban was not completely and fairly adjudicated.

And should they come out on top in the court case I'm sure they will be asking for section to cover legal fees...

Congrats to you AG. Im happy for you brotha. I remember when lil man was still in mamas belly sitting around watching practice. Before he was born, he heard the coaches whistle, pad clashing, and cheers/boos from the stands. He was destined to play football, and qb at that. Im glad to see you guys are cleared for the playoffs and good luck to you and your son who is having a good senior year.

Guess they would have to file for a TRO as well or if the section decided to not fight this out in court they could let them in. I highly doubt that though.
