The Irish rebounded from last year’s first round disaster against Gunderson of San Jose. The loss last year was unacceptable. Great win this afternoon but Wednesday night won’t be a cake walk as Monterey and Soledad look good. The Irish have to cease from making mental mistakes and lapses on the defensive end. When they play poor defense, it then causes the Irish to rely on outscoring their opponent. Not a good recipe to win games. Nonetheless, great hoops happening in the Sunset of San Francisco!!!
He was #22 and it was garbage time. Cheng’s shot he made was against a scrub as it was garbage time for both teams. That shot gets blocked vs a WCAL team.
