Final: Palo Alto 52, Los Gatos 41. Back-to-back CCS Div. 1 titles for the Vikings. 15 points for Lauren Koyama, 12 points and 11 rebounds for Maya Lathi, 10 points and 5 rebounds for Carly Leong, and 6 points and 9 rebounds for Skylar Burris. For Los Gatos, freshman Sabrina Belquist at 13 points and 9 rebounds, and Josie Despairs had 11 points. Los Gatos was hurt by the absence of their leading rebounder and second leading scorer, Alex Anthony, as PA was able to dominate the boards. PA also did a good job of containing Korie Seandel, who had only 2 points.

First time seeing Paly playing this year.. Before, I thought their record and playing pinewood close had a chance to get them into open.. They don't pass the eye test though.. Glad they got to stay in their division. it was a good game throughout, I thought LG did more with less and kept in competitive the entire time. Hope they both make some noise in D1
