CIF CHANGES DIRECTION ON BY LAW SUSPENSION

After it initially suspended the by law rule about playing for two teams simultaneously in season, CIF announced it will bring back the by law that prohibits student athletes from competing on club teams and school teams at the same time. Initially this year CIF was going to waive that by law but now it seems they have changed course in their decision.
