What coach White has done at Oak Ridge is absolutely amazing.
White has led his teams to 12 league titles and three Sac-Joaquin Section titles (2003, 2009 and 2010), as well as a Division I state championship in 2010. Each and every year Oak Ridge is in the conversation as one of the top teams in the section and he does it without the typical stud division 1 recruits that are on most of the top teams in the state rosters (Sarah James the exception)
Not many public schools in the state have been able to accomplish what Oak Ridge has done under Coach Whites leadership

Thanks for pointing out coach White as a coach to consider with high regards. I personally enjoy observing quality coaches in action and the effects they can make in the development of young players. I also like the difference they make before, during, and after tough games. I don't know much about coach White or the Oak Ridge team, but it sounds like they are a team to not over look.

Its a terrific program. The scary thing is they are almost all underclassmen on this team. I want to say 11 or so return next year. Yikes. I will be the first to admit 90% of the games I watch are on the boys side but I will pay to see good girls hoop games and OR is a hot ticket in town.

Hans Delanoy just got his 500th win a couple of weeks ago at Dublin HS. This is his first year at that school, but was a long time coach at SRV, and before that coached boys teams at 3-4 different schools in the East Bay and on the peninsula.
