I think Linocln will still get into NorCals which is a small consolation.

i agree, they'll get in, but they will be a low seed on the road as the at large entry. screwed again.
I definitely think they got screwed. Was trying to spin it forward for Lincoln and possible discipline for mcclatchy.
The horrible thing is that the CIF has not step in with some type of statement regarding the issue. No response shows how they really feel.
No wonder McClatchy wins so many games over the years...not only do you have to beat the players on the court but the parents at mid court.

Crazy that the refs just ran off like that. They should have know there was a shot clock and game clock differential during the time out. One ref was still watching and knew the game was not over. The 2nd ref in the back was running off the court.

This is a absolute embarrassment and mind boggling in many ways. 1) The ref that ran thru the crowd to follow the play, should never ever ref again. What in the world was he watching. Guess he wanted the band is still on the field fame. 2) You can bet your you know what had the other team scored and won at the buzzer, the other side would be screaming bloody murder. 3) The SJS/CIF hasn’t stepped in and said wait, we are going to replay this game. Replay the game period on a neutral court. To allow someone to advance like this is pathetic. 4) And biggest of all, isn’t state in March. Pretty massive celebration of adults to storm a court at this level in my opinion .
That is really tough. CIF and SJS should had been looking until this immediately. Whoever assigned this ref crew should be also in question after this

That is a question I have too. I don't know the rules but I can't remember it happening
As bad as the situation is, I think the section has their hands tied based on the rules. That said, there should be some punishment for McClatchy. The end of the game wasn't the first time the crowd was an issue.
The official missed the foul on the shot. Would have stopped play and the rest might not have happened.
This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever see on a court. The refs should be permanently banned from officiating any sport. The home coach should not have accepted this as a win. They could have gone to refs and said look, our fans messed up and let’s stop this right here. Technical free throw or free throws for fans running on the court. Give the away team the ball with whatever time was on the clock before the inbound.
