D2: Alameda vs. Crossroads

Crossroads didn't lead until 59 seconds left in the half, but will take a 28-26 advantage into halftime. ONeal and Houston combined for 19 points for Crossroads

Shareef O'Neal is really impressing me. His length and ability to drive is second to none. Takes some dumb shots though. He'll be a good one though

Crossroads beats Alameda 59-53 for the D2 state title. Shareef O'Neal finished with 29 points and 17 rebounds.

Missed FT was the difference in the game. It was totally a winnable game for Alameda, but they missed tons down the stretch. Would like to see What the FT percent was.

Looked into this, it was 64 points. But the more interesting part is that they somehow managed to lose that game.

Pretty cool that he tied Rick Barry's record for the most points ever scored at the Oakland Coliseum Arena (Oracle).
