I'd guess a concession will be serving lunch, dinner, home cooking, and sour grapes. with games scheduled every 90 minutes all day, it may be serving a midnight snack.

Updated schedule, after much juggling:

8:30 a.m.: Campolindo vs. St. Patrick St. Vincent
10 a.m.: Clovis West vs. Bishop Manogue
11:30 a.m.: Bishop Gorman vs. Pinewood
1 p.m.: Castro Valley vs. St. Mary's of Stockton
2:30 p.m.: Sacred Heart Cathedral vs. East Side College Prep
4 p.m.: Archbishop Mitty vs. St. Joseph Notre Dame
5:30 p.m.: Salesian vs. Woodside Priory
7 p.m.: Miramonte vs. Carondelet
8:30 p.m.: Bishop O'Dowd vs. Oak Ridge

These matchups, as is the case with most such events, are pretty much dictated by the coaches involved, not the people running the event.

That's too bad that the coaches dictate who plays who. I'm shocked CV wanted to play SMS...big props to CV, AND that Miramonte wanted to play a Carondelet team that's down this year-shame. Good for SJND stepping up and playing the #1 team in the country. that's a great line up of teams..not sure about the match-ups but great job in landing these teams.

Scheduling Carondelet is never going to be an easy game. You could just as easily say that C-let was scheduling a MM team that’s down this year. Not sure when this was set up, but looks like a good matchup to me.

MM has had bigger margins versus 2 overmatched common opponents, 27 and 23 versus 15 and 19. but versus the best common opponent, SHC, Clet won by 8 while MM won by 5. In the former cases, MM bench probably was a difference. I'll be there, expecting a good match. anything can happen. as my wife responds when I say that, "that's a safe prediction."
