I follow UC Davis basketball closely, attending 6-8 games a year, streaming most others. Heritage grad, Ezra Manjon, is lighting it up as the starting point guard. He’s averaging 13 ppg, and was just named Big West player of the week for the second time! First frosh to ever win multiple times. He’s fun to watch, and truly fearless out there. He’s had 5 twenty point games, and has helped the Ags move into second place. Nice to see a local starring there - Davis hasn’t recruited too heavily in the East Bay

He is a really good player and a humble young Man and your right he wants to rip your heart out on the court fearless and tough. He plays BOTH ENDS of the court very happy for his success.

They are doing a great job recruiting guards at UC Davis.

They had Kihei Clark committed for the longest time, before Virginia came in and stole him last minute. Worked out obviously for the kid, but UC Davis is doing a great job with their program.

I was lucky enough to spend about 1/2 an hour talking to Jim Les at a coach's clinic a few years ago. The guy is a phenomenal coach and a super engaging guy to talk hoops with. I have a lot of notes in my book from him from that weekend!
