Quincy Smith from City College of SF did his thing, a bunch of bay area kids in this game. I was disappointed in how Jaylen Brown played this game, so much talent but so much bleh at the same time... Looks like it'd be easier to play against Brown rather then with.

Cal didn't have Tyronne Wallace and Bird

Cal not alone... #2 seed Michigan State goes home, too.

At least MSU looked like a good team that lost to a team playing out of its mind... Even though Cal has plenty of legit excuses with the injuries and all, they looked at times like they'd never even SEEN a basketball before.

Cal's inability to utilize Ivan Rabb frustrated their/Norcal fans all season... this may be the end of the Cuonzo Martin era in Berkeley believe it or not...

A little bit ago, someone at CBS mentioned that there are ZERO perfect brackets of the millions entered at cbs.com's contest... barely haflway thru Day 2. Must be a record.

Pac 12? Ouch. By the way, much of this tourney is unwatchable. It's a steady diet of large young men flailing away, smashing into one another, fouling, missing bad shots, missing good shots, going one on one to no obvious purpose, failing to run any semblance of a balanced offense, ignoring the weakside of the floor on defense and generally behaving as though basketball had been replaced by something akin to roller derby sans skates. It's ugly. Really ugly.

My alma mater, UCLA, didn't even come close to qualifying for the Tourney this year. Complete trainwreck of a program right now.
Disappointed in Stephen Domingo not stepping up as this was a great opportunity to shine. 6'7" that can only catch an shoot...
