That would be a key loss for sure. Blakes has developed nicely and fills the role of a run the floor big who can block shots and rebound.

I was very recently commenting on the hopes to have each and every team injury free down the stretch. An injury to either of Mitty's top 3 would be a devastating blow. IMO neither of their top 3 can be adequately replaced especially so late in the season. I most definitely send a prayer out to Nicole Blakes and their team at this time should this report be true. Hopefully it's minor if an injury at all.

It appears this bring Mitty back to the pack so to speak. The post season picture becomes a much tighter competitive landscape. Future matchups become very interesting going forward

True. But unfortunately replacing Nicole isn't going to be the same team. If there is indeed an injury may there be a fast and full recovery. And all the best to Mitty, Nicole, and family.

Would be sad if true. Hate to see injuries be responsible for any teams lesser effort. Mitty had ( still has chance ) to be National Champion this season if they ran the table.

A quick search on Twitter confirms this. Blakes out for the rest of the season. Torn ACL during final regular season game.
