I'd like to put a link saying "Nancy Quits Congress" but that's another issue.

I'd rather see a link that says, "the drunk John Boehner finally retires" but that's a whole another problem. I guess we can all wish for something but it doesn't mean it's going to happen. But on a serious note do anyone know why Boehner licks his lips for no apparent reason??? He does this stuff in the link @ :11, 2:13 and at 2:52.
