Say what you want about the seedings but I think they nailed it.

D1: 1 vs. 2
D2: 1 vs. 2
D3: 1 vs. 2
D4: 1 vs. 6 but was set up for St. Pat's who was a 2 seed.
D5: 1 vs. 2
D6: 1 vs. 6, St. Elizabeth's should have never been a 2 seed.

Nor Cal- You always have some strong insight on things so I have to ask how you see the open division playing out with the selections this week?
Do teams have the right to reject the move up or must they play at this level if chosen?

Eastbay, Thank you for your compliments. It's going to be tough to see who goes and who doesn't. I think it might even come down to Friday & Saturday nights games. If you are asked, I don't think you can deny the request, you are just put in the open.

Monte Vista, I think is in, win or lose. If DLS wins, they would go to the open and Monte Vista should follow.

Bishop O'Dowd is in, no questions asked.

El Cerrito & Moreau will also be considered.

Modesto Christian & Sac play on Saturday but I think Modesto Christian would go to the open and Sac could possibly go if they are eligible.

Both Sheldon and Folsom w& match up Saturday but I am not sure Sheldon is eligible but I will make some calls.

St. Francis & Serra winner is in.
