I like it. I can watch multiple games. Go back home and watch again. Tonight getting in freshman game. And bonus game. JV game! Weston Ranch must not have JV team. A team from Walnut Creek?

I’ve been subscribing to NFHS for several years now. I don’t know if the pricing has changed, but the school I selected qualified me for a yearly subscription for $35.

At the time, I noticed the subscription offers differed depending upon the school I chose. At first I went with the monthly subscription and cancelled at football seasons end. But $35 for a year was too good to pass up and it has auto-renewed ever since.

IMO it’s worthwhile for the postseason alone. Going to a game costs $12 per ticket. When I choose not to attend in person I’ll switch between various games and cast to my big TV. I even use it at games to check in on other games.

The game options during the regular season sometimes wasn’t the best, but it’s gotten better and better over the years as more schools participate. But as I said, the postseason was worth it alone when the CIF takes over, as most if not all games are streamed.

And as you said, you can re-watch and review games. I often check out big games and teams from Texas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and SoCal.

I've subscribed to NFHS since their inception and its been a "rocky road" to put it mildly. It is still quite "hit 'n miss" week to week depending on whom they toss the camera to [soph's or seniors NFHS does not seem to be discriminatory]. I believe my yearly NFHS is now up to about $69.95 for all sports. My last teeth-gnashing experience was the Serra-Valley Christian game last week with no announcing of the game & no scoreboard glimpses - ever! Try to figure a game when you can't hear anything, know the down or yardage or score when a couple TD's take place or change of possessions. NFHS is def better than nothing, but def a "Love-Hate Relationship"...

Watching the Folsom Whs game.....time clock and score is posting...thats a first for me.

It all depends upon the school broadcasting it. Some are always on top of it but many don’t seem to know how to work it.

When DLS played Folsom a few weeks back, each school had its own feed. The Folsom one didn’t operate the time and score whereas the DLS feed did — and had capable announcers.

Rocklin began broadcasting home games for the first time this season, but don’t have announcers nor do they update time and score. I’ve been half way tempted to see if I can volunteer for the gig. ;)

Must have the whole NorCal NFHS crew on your game broadcast. I just got home, flipped open the laptop to the DLS- SRV game only to be greeted by a screen message that says: Please Stand By...
Currently experiencing technical difficulties.....we appreciate your patience. Let's see if they appreciate it enough to credit my account for tonight's non broadcast....

Based on the quality of your posts you may be way overqualified for NFHS standards of broadcast. But please do so by all means.

I just checked and the DLS-SRV game is streaming. Provided by SRV, not DLS though.

35-7 DLS 11:30 Q3. Those guys have got the onscreen scoreboard and time going.

Reactivated my sub for the Marin Catholic game and the junk camera doesn’t work can’t even watch smh

Yes I went on to check out the MC game after reading some post on NCP's and got the same greeting about "an automatic camera" not functioning or some BS. Like I said in previous post on this thread I'm an NFHS subscriber since they came online and its' def a "Love-Hate" relationship. The reason I continue with my now $69.95 yearly sub is that there is nothing else available unless a few games are on YouTube. I've felt NFHS pain many times over the years' having waited in anticipation of many big games only to be disappointed by a "temporary delay" that becomes permanent, no announcing, someone who can't figure out the camera or no attempt to show the scoreboard during the game - much like a bride being left at the alter....over & over again... :(

So the school itself operates the time clock and the score? Do you know how that occurs? I asked about it in reference to the NFHS streams of the Downey high school games. The streaming is great except the score always stay 0-0. The time seems to operate correctly now however there was a point early in the season where the time didn’t operate either.

yeah I canceled my subscription years ago. Shit is still shit. If I’m paying I at least want a consistent quality in return. Plus just not don’t have the time honestly to watch some random games as it is.
